Awesome songs we love made even better! ... or at least remade in interesting ways. Discovered Gamazda and her fabulous piano covers a couple nights ago: Love this version - But oh do I have a gift for you OMG, yes! I heard Stapleton's cover of that song for the first time just this weekend. Such a treat. <3

I was rocking out to this very song today and realized I somehow haven't shared it here yet:
And live from End of an Era because she goes for that note at the end:

I LOVE their rendition of this song. The stage play ought to be redone Nightwish style,. Surely someone has produced a heavy metal version of the play somewhere.

The chandelier crashing to the stage amidst some sick guitar runs? Okay, time to expose myself here, but I had never actually heard that song in its original form before. So after hearing Nightwish's cover of it and going back to find the original, I was like "What is all this 80's-synth-beat sound they've got going on? This is a play? How the frick is Nightwish not so much closer to what the original sounded like?" I definitely appreciate the groovy sound of it now, but at first listen I was flabbergasted LOL
