Baby Love
Muted spearmint green. What a delightful color for a nursery. Cheery and cheerful yet remaining soothing and subdued. Eminently suitable for either gender. Boy or girl, it didn't matter. She wasn't fussy.
Her leisurely walk by the playground in the nearby park, sipping homemade blackberry lemonade through a straw, brought a frown of disapproval. Thoughtless mothers who left their youngest alone in perambulators while chasing after rambunctious toddlers. Totally irresponsible. She vowed never to be so neglectful.
Pastel pink blanket and minuscule gold stud earrings. Definitely the hallmark of a female child. But boy or girl, it really didn't matter.
She wasn't fussy.
